Evaluation Specialist
Margo assists with the development and implementation of evaluations of CIT's programs and services and of Duke's Clinical Research Training Program. She supports faculty in planning and conducting evaluations of CIT-funded projects.
Background
Margo came to Duke from MCI, where she worked for six years in training and development for their customer call center in Cary. Before that, she worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers in their change management practice in Virginia, specializing in organizational assessment and strategic planning issues. She has a bachelor's degree from The University of New Mexico and is currently pursuing a master's degree in library and information science at the University of North Carolina.
