Graduate Student Training & Development

Development of Future Faculty Special Interest Group

This is a new SIG in the professional organization the Society for Information Technology & Teacher Education (SITE.) This SIG is for professionals and graduate students who are interested in technology and the development of future instructors in higher education. This includes graduate students who plan to go on to faculty careers in higher education in disciplines including, but not limited to, education and the faculty who work with those graduate students. For more information and to join see the SITE SIG page.

The Center for Instructional Technology and the Duke University Graduate School work closely together and are committed to excellence in both research and teaching. To supplement TA training offered by departments and programs, CIT and the Graduate School offer a number of courses, programs, and workshops to improve the teaching skills of graduate students at Duke.
