In conjunction with the Duke Digital Initiative (DDI), the Center for Instructional Technology and the Office of Information Technology are co-sponsoring programs for iPod use by instructors and students in undergraduate courses taught during the Summer or Fall 2008 term. Request forms for Sprign 2009 courses will be made available in November 2008.

Eligibility

Instructors of Summer or Fall 2008 undergraduate courses who have not already received a 5th generation ("video") iPod from Duke.

Support provided

Eligible participants will receive a grant of a 5th generation ("video") iPod and a microphone accessory, as long as supplies last. The Center for Instructional Technology also provides a variety of training and consultation options for instructors and faculty who wish to use portable media devices and other technologies in their courses.
