Technical Help

For iPod program participants

Instructors and students who are receiving support from the Duke Digital Initiative iPod program should contact the OIT Help Desk for request technical help for their iPod at 684-2200 or by submitting a help ticket online at http://www.oit.duke.edu/helpdesk/

Instructors who wish to learn more about basic iPod functionality may also request individualized training through our iPod Office Visit program.

For Student Video Program Participants

Students who have questions about the digital video equipment loaners available through this program can visit the OIT Multimedia Project Studio for basic questions about the use of the equipment and the video editing process necessary to complete their assigned projects.

Faculty can forward student problem reports to the DDI Video team at ddivideo@duke.edu.
