This program is for graduate students who are currently teaching a course or leading a section as a TA. Participants form multi-disciplinary triads to observe each others’ teaching and interaction in their classrooms, reflect on the observation experience, and share these reflections with their partners and other participants in the workshop. Participation in this workshop includes guidance in giving and receiving constructive feedback on teaching, and allows you to formulate a plan for enhancing your own teaching.
