Request a Blackboard Office Visit
You may request a visit to your office or work space to get a personalized tutorial on how to set up the Wimba Voice.
The Duke Digital Initiative is sponsoring a pilot of the Wimba Voice product integrated with the Blackboard course management system. This pilot began in mid-fall 2007 and is continuing through the 2008-2009 academic year, to allow sufficient time for a full evaluation of the tools' use in the Duke curriculum.
Wimba Voice allows instructors to integrate live audio recording and playback functionality into many areas of their Blackboard course, including announcements, quizzes or surveys, and content items. All Blackboard instructors currently have access to the Wimba Voice toolss through the control panel of their Blackboard course space(s).
