I would like to check out a DDI MiniDV video to view footage taken in Kenya for book I am working on about WISER project. I went to check out in the LINK and I was told that because I am only Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, I may not borrow. I have an appointment as Professor of the Practice in the Education program and teach every year. I hope that I will receive permission.
